"Kia Kaha"

One of my favorite speakers I have come across is Jack Clark - he is the rugby coach at Cal Berkeley and his nuggets on coaching high level teams are tremendous.  I attended Villa 7 a coaching symposium for assistant basketball coaches and Coach Jack told us a story about a New Zealand ultra distance runner who always ended conversations with the term "Kia Kaha" a Maori phrase meaning "stay strong".  Its a great way to give the person you are speaking with confidence and strength!  #alwaysbecontagious
