I develop people, build team cultures, and help bring the human side of sport to life.
My career has taken me from college basketball and the NBA G League to international teams, grassroots development, and film sets. Each environment has taught me something about how people learn, connect, and contribute.
At Duke, I worked in a program where preparation and expectations mattered every day. Coaching internationally challenged me to listen across cultures. Film and television taught me how much detail it takes to make a story feel real.
Today, I bring those experiences together. Whether I’m developing coaches, leading a workshop, or shaping sports action on screen, I care about the people doing the work and the environment we create together.
Different roles have given me different responsibilities—and a wider perspective on what it takes to help people do meaningful work together.
My collegiate coaching career includes Duke women’s basketball, where I served as Associate Head Coach, along with roles at William Jessup and Illinois.
Those experiences shaped how I approach player development, preparation, and the relationships behind a team’s daily work.
My background also includes NBA G League player development, coaching the Ryukyu Golden Kings in Japan, and national-team work in New Zealand.
Working across levels and cultures has challenged me to adapt, ask better questions, and understand the people in front of me.
As Technical Director of NBA Basketball School UAE, I lead coach development, curriculum, and team culture across our program.
The commitment is simple: every player should feel seen, every coach should keep growing, and our daily work should reflect the standards we ask others to uphold.
As co-owner of Game Changing Films, I work in sports action direction and choreography for film, television, and commercial projects.
My credits include Coach Carter, Swagger, The Crossover, Rise, Running Point, and Forever. This work brings coaching knowledge into the details that make athletic movement and sporting environments believable.

I’m from Los Angeles, half Filipino, and now based in Dubai. Working across countries and cultures keeps teaching me to stay curious and pay attention to perspectives beyond my own.
I’m also a dad. Being present, listening, and making time for the people who matter are personal commitments as much as leadership principles.
